At Glencar Fresh, we are committed to providing reliable shipping and timely delivery of our eco-friendly laundry pods and natural handmade soaps. Our Shipping, Delivery, and Return Policy ensures that your orders reach you safely, securely, and on time, while making returns, exchanges, and refunds simple and hassle-free.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods & Charges

  • We ship our products across India through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Free shipping may be offered on orders above a specified amount (If applicable).

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on your location in India.
  • Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, natural disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number to monitor delivery status.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, Glencar Fresh delivers only within India.
  • We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

5. Order Tracking

  • After dispatch, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
  • You can use this tracking number on the courier partner’s website to check your delivery status.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products.
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, along with clear photos of the damaged or defective item.
  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products (including laundry pods and soaps) cannot be returned.
  • Refunds will be processed after product verification and credited to the original payment method.
  • In certain cases, a replacement product may be offered instead of a refund, subject to availability.

  • 7.shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos of the packaging and product.
  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with our courier partners to locate the package. If the shipment cannot be located, a replacement or refund will be arranged.
