At Glencar Fresh, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund and Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds are accepted for our eco-friendly laundry pods and natural handmade soaps.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we are committed to making the return and refund process simple, transparent, and hassle-free.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products.

  • All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

To request a return, customers must provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective product

  • Photos of the outer packaging

  • Order number and purchase details

Important:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products (including laundry pods and soaps) are not eligible for return.

2. How to Request a Return

  • To initiate a return:

    Please include all required details mentioned above. Our customer support team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Replacement of Products

Customers may request a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability. Replacement orders will be shipped after verification of the defective item.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos of the package and product.

  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with our courier partners to locate your order. If the package cannot be located, a replacement or refund will be arranged.
